Wow- last week was awesome- this is a wonderful season. We enjoyed having a lot of new faces from many states visiting the cafe. We flew through the tomato soup, loved seeing folks enjoying the Princess Bride Friday night, and even had a rocking Saturday despite the lunchtime ball game! Thank you so much to our local friends who tell visitors about us. You are our marketing plan! :D
So what's happening this week? Well, to begin with, one of our favorite sandwiches is on Early Bird Special- From 11-11:45 am, get Roast Beef, Oven-Roasted Tomatoes, Provolone on Rosemary with Potato Salad, and Iced Tea for $6.25!
Then, the dessert case this week is stocked: Pumpkin Roll, Pound Cake with Caramel Icing, Orange Velvet Cake, Chocolate Cake, Lemon Cake, Coconut Cream Pie, etc...
Finally, Free Movie on the Lawn Friday night:
Roman Holiday will begin playing 7:30ish; Kitchen will be open until 8:30ish. Hope you bundle up and join us on the back lawn!
